Who we are
Postifyx (postifyx.in) provides multi-tenant social publishing, engagement, listening, and analytics tools for teams and agencies. Contact: support@postifyx.in.
Data we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email, organization).
- Workspace content you create (drafts, captions, approvals, inbox notes).
- OAuth tokens and profile identifiers when you connect Meta (Facebook Pages / Instagram professional accounts) or other networks.
- Usage and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
When you connect Meta, we request permissions only to publish content, read engagement insights, and manage comments/messages on Pages and Instagram professional accounts you authorize. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell social graph data. You can disconnect Meta anytime under Integrations; you may also remove the app from your Facebook settings.
Meta data deletion requests are handled via our callback at /api/integrations/meta/data-deletion. Status inquiries: support@postifyx.in.
Retention & security
We retain data while your organization is active and as required for legal obligations. Tokens and secrets use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. Access is limited by role-based permissions inside each tenant.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing support@postifyx.in. Organization admins can remove members and disconnect integrations from the product UI.
